Epoque Hotels network opens an office in BarcelonaAmerican hospitality network Epoque Hotels has opened a branch office in Barcelona to increase its presence in the Spanish and Portuguese markets and the rest of Europe.
According to Juan Palmada, director of Epoque Hotels for the Catalan capital, "Barcelona is the second global destination right after Paris."
Epoque's network in Barcelona includes 10 luxury, avant-garde hotels such as the Majestic, the Duquesa of Cardona or the Pulitzer. The firm also has six other hotels in Catalonia, in cities such as Puigcerdà and Sitges.
