OutBack Power Systems S.L.U., a wholly owned subsidiary of OutBack Power Systems, Inc., announced today the opening of its new office and warehouse in Barcelona, establishing a presence to meet ongoing demand from European, African and Middle Eastern markets. OutBack Power will execute technical support, service, sales and product distribution from this office.

"Our customer base continues to grow at an incredibly rapid pace worldwide, especially in markets where power grids currently do not exist," said Kelly E. Lane, director of operations for OutBack Power's Barcelona office. "We recognized that the most effective way to provide excellent customer service to these markets was in establishing a more significant European base from which we can execute business. The new OutBack Power Barcelona office strategically positions us to better reach our customers, distributors and installers throughout the region."

OutBack Power Systems manufactures innovative power conversion solutions that leverage solar, wind and hydro resources to provide reliable electric power for the renewable energy, mobile and backup power markets.
