Relevant Events

The Catalan Government and Barcelona's City Council are to create a consortium to promote Barcelona as the Mediterranean fashion capital. The initiative wishes to be a platform to gather all designers, emerging and established, industry groups and retailers and is also open to industrial design and architecture professionals. In addition to regular fashion shows, Barcelona Fashion Place will maintain its work throughout the year with other artistic-related activities. Xavier de Balaguer is to be appointed as its first director.
