Mercon Cofffee to transfer its headquarters to Barcelona

American group Mercon Coffee has decided to move its European headquarters from London to Barcelona. The company specializes in the distribution of green coffee to the roasting industry in the U.S., Europe, Asia and Latin America.

Mercon said it was planning to use its Catalan base to expand into other European and African markets. Catalan agency ACC1O and its Invest in Catalonia unit assisted Mercon during the operation.
