The aim of Invest in Catalonia is to promote and attract solid business investments in Catalonia, especially those economically and technologically sound that are expected to generate wealth and stable, quality employment. In accordance with this aim, Invest in Catalonia takes a decisive pro-business approach:

• To promote companies new investments, reinvestments and business expansion in Catalonia.
• To encourage the development of new business activities that may turn Catalonia into a hot spot for high added-value investments.
• To promote business investment according to geographic competitiveness and regional development strategies.
• To support the consolidation of businesses in Catalonia by enabling strategic investment agreements between Catalan and foreign companies.

To ensure the success of all investment projects in Catalonia, Invest in Catalonia is structured in two areas: the Investment Promotion Area and the Project Management Area, that offers advisory services and support to companies at all stages of the operation, from the initial investment plan until the complete business implementation.
