ACC1Ó's Delegation for Multilateral Organization Affairs in Washington D.C. opened in 2007. It is located on Connecticut Avenue near the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank, only 3 blocks from the White House.
It offers services to Catalan companies interested in participating in projects funded by multilateral organizations with headquarters in Washington D.C.: the World Bank (WB), the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), the Organization of American States (OAS) and the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
It covers projects (public and private sector loans and technical assistance) undertaken in emerging economies to develop and promote their growth. Projects include international procurement for equipment, services and consultancy of potential interest to a broad range of Catalan firms.
